Installing hole in the wall fires

Whether you choose a gas or electric hole in the wall fire you can be assured of safe, efficient and quality installations from independent skilled installers.

Installing electric ‘Hole in the wall fires

With electric fires, installation can often be a DIY job, as many simply hang on the wall and plug in. These fires have become more and more popular in the last few years where customers require a more decorative feature rather than a major heating appliance. However if you do require installation we are happy to arrange a site visit by skilled independent installers who will assess if any electrical work is needed and install the fire if required.

Installing gas ‘Hole in the wall fires’

With gas fires the installation is very important. In the showroom we will discuss the type of flue you have and the amount of heat you require, we have many live displays to show you and once a decision has been made we will arrange a site visit to make sure that the fire you’ve chosen is suitable for your home. The installers are Corgi and Gas Safe registered so you can be assured of safe, efficient installation. Installation time is typically three weeks from initial order.

Installing  wood burning ‘Hole in the wall fires’

Fitting of a hole in the wall woodburner seems like a daunting prospect for many people but once we have discussed your requirements regarding size, output and whether you are in a designated smoke control area we can advise the right product for you. An onsite survey will reveal what building works are required to achieve your desired finish and the independent installation teams will be able to fulfil whatever is required, from lining chimney’s to building and plastering new ones. If an existing fireplace is in situ we can remove this if required.

If you have any questions or specific requirements please email us or pop into our Coventry showroom.
