Just wanted to write a review on the lovely helpful staff at the Heating centre. I went in to the store today with a problem with a remote control for my fireplace. I didn’t purchase the fire as it was in the house when I moved in. I’m not sure if it was purchased at the Heating centre but on looking up they were a stockist for the make of fire I have.

I popped in to see if I could purchase a new remote. Straight away Pete along with the rest of the staff were so helpful and immediately called stockists to see if they could locate one for me. When one was found in stock it was a whopping £185! Pete then took it upon him self to take the remote to bits and head off to his tool box to see if he could fix it and fix it he did saving me a fortune!

Thank you so much, at this time of year with Christmas around the corner I really couldn’t afford this expense. Pete wouldn’t take any money for fixing the remote and this just shows what a genuine and helpful business they are! A real rarity and showed a genuine willing to help. Thank you again so much, will definitely come to you guys when I need a replacement fire and will recommend you to friends and family. I hope the beers and chocolate go some way to show my gratitude.
